For leaders whose ideas deserve an audience.

You don't become a thought leader by publishing a book. You develop a great body of work, build an audience, and develop a channel and package that fit what you have to say and who you want to reach. You have more options than you may think.

I’m in the business of ideas.

I believe in helping people create work that matters, driven by a shared commitment to quality and care.

.The way to reach people is to have something powerful to say, to say it well, and to be just as innovative in the way you publish and promote your ideas as you are in developing them.

01.

We put your thinking first.

Most communications firms start with distribution, a name or identity. We start with your concepts and help you frame them and turn them into a body of work that represents your unique contribution.

02.

What we do

We help you catch the wave your work is meant for.

Every idea should be framed for its time.

We look for the unspoken, felt need: the reason why an idea will find traction.

We start by asking: “Who should know you—and why?”

03.

We orchestrate the specialists.

After years of teaching content strategy at New York University, I’ve learned that every creator has their own best way of reaching an audience. We figure out the options that fit you. Substack, mainstream publishing, private circulation, self-publishing, executive education, or a hybrid — based on who you are, what you have to say, and what the world is hungry for right now.

How we work

We work with a small number of clients at a time. Engagements run as full-scope content operations for institutions and movements, multi-month editorial projects for individual authors with a book in motion, or shorter strategic consultations for writers figuring out what shape their work should take.

Regarding AI: We use language models in a disciplined, creative way: as mental mirrors, research instruments, and rough-draft shortcuts. We teach you to use them too. Generative AI has flooded the world with mediocre work. The writers who break through write with clear voice and explanatory power, and connect with caring, energy, and authentic presence.
